No that is not my favorite radio station...sadly it is my weight!!! How the heck did I let it get so bad!!! Well I really do know...self neglect, lack of self respect!!! A mums life no matter where you are is busy at the quietest of times. We all have to juggle. Me, well I need to juggle and EXERCISE!!! Just not good at it... yet!! Anywho enough of the drivel my plan is to post a weekly weigh in on my blog to inspire/guilty me into doing something about the situation!!! Please encourage me along the journey....even if i fail momentarily. I have been so inspired to do everything and craft like crazy by all of blogland but I think that I need to be a inspiration to my family my kids, my hubby and you guys of course..lol. Thanks for the ears!!! Have a great weekend!!!

You do look sooo beautiful in this pic :)
My weight can fluctuate too, it does for some women, and it can feel terrible when it piles on. Mine hit a high when my first child was 4. It's balanced out again, but I'm going to be very careful when Melli gets to that age. (I think motherhood changes our bodies so dramatically, hormones etc.)
You are doing great I think. Keep going with whatever feels right xo

Hello lovely, and thanks for the very very sweet comment you left on my blog this morning. It cheered me up, when I was tired and blooo. I know tackling the weight is a hard thing to do, and I'll be right there cheering for you every week! Just look in the mirror lots and practice saying "I'm bloody fantastic"!

Shell we are so at the same place at the same time! I started Fit Yummy Mummy last week and have not been dieting but eating exceptionally well (good wholesome foods) and 5 small meals. Doing 30 mins of exercise every 2nd day, resistance and interval training all of which I'm coping with and starting to enjoy (go figure??) So I'll come with you for the ride! Do you want me to weigh in too? (although @ FYM they use the tape measure)and I'm on a 16 week program. Wish me luck - and so glad you liked your giveaway.

Cheers, Lynda (dearmolly)

Good luck Shell! I look forward to following your weight loss journey. xx

I've just joined a gym myself. I head off when hubby's home from work and the kidlets are down for the night. It's exhausting but I'm determined.
