PIGS!!!


this is how i truely feel this morning
Well considering I have done everything wrong this week like...go to bed after midnight most nights..no exercise...not drinking 3 litres a day...etc it is no surprise that I put on this week....life has just been soo hectic and when it gets hectic is when I flounder!!! Anywho clean slate now, tomorrow is a new day!!! Shall strive to do heaps better this week...hope you all have done better than me this week...someone please lift the bar of asperation!!! lol

not to worry. the big thing here is changing habits that long term will see a change on the scale. remember to schedule in some treats. knowing when and where will make you less likely to binge. grab some almonds or walnuts and have a few when the choc feeling strikes.

i still haven't been on the scale but the tape measure was kind to me this morning. very firm but it got to 79.5, down from 85 when i started. hips are down from 101 to 99.5. i often think of you when i'm eating my five supportive meals and doing exercise, and hear you kindly spuring me on! Thanks Shells:)

I am avoiding the scales after my own "horrid" week

although I did go for a long walk today and a swim so thats perked me up a lil

You have the right attitude, tomorrow is another day....:)

Going to bed early makes for motivation I find, hard to do sometimes, but everything seems easier after an early night! You can do it!!

Love that pic! Good luck on your weight loss journey. DH and I started walking in the mornings this week after talking about it for a long time! It's baby steps isn't it.

I always PLAN to go to bed early. Including tonight .. and it is almost 11pm again.. oops
